Halloween Recipe

STUFFED “PUMKIN” PEPPERS

Perfect as part of your halloween dinner.

WHAT YOU NEED:
6 peppers – any colour
1lb mince
1 egg
4 slices of wholebread bread, cubed
1 small onion, chopped
1 small tomato, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/2 cup yellow mustard
2 tablespoons worcetershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

HOW TO MAKE THEM:

Oven 175 degrees. Grease 8×8 inch baking dish.

• Lightly mix all the ingredients – except the peppers in a bowl

• Wash the pepers and make faces in each, with a sharp knife. Using triangles for the eyes and nose and mouth. Slice off the tops and clear out the seeds of the peppers. Lighly stuff each pepper with the mixed ingredients.

• Place them in the baking dish, so they are leaning against each other and cook for an hour so the filling is juciy and the pepper tender.
